1. Membership Fee of $135 per person, $235 per family must be paid in full by June 1, 2008. Membership renewals paid after June 1 will be $160/$260. Players will not be allowed to play until the membership is paid.

2. 50% of total contract must be paid by September 1, 2008.

3. An additional 25% of total contract must be paid by November 1, 2008.

4. Balance of 25% must be paid by December 31, 2008. Although we bill individual players, as a convenience, for their share of the contract, the total contract is the responsibility of all players in the group.

5. Interest will apply to late payments.

6. The payment schedule must be followed for groups to be allowed to play.

1. The club must be notified in writing of any termination of contract time. Termination of contract does not eliminate payment of entire contract unless that time can be resold. Monies will be refunded only upon the reselling of the time and may be prorated.

1. Random court time may be reserved one week in advance.

2. 24 hour cancellation notice is required for random court time to avoid charges. If less notice is given, you will be charged unless the court is sold.

3. To be eligible for free random court time, Junior Members must be enrolled in weekly Private or Semi-Private lessons at the time of reservation. Group lessons do not receive free random time. Junior members can only reserve courts the same day or one hour in advance for times after 5p.m.

1. No food or drinks (other than water) may be brought on the courts. No open containers will be allowed on the courts.

2. No smoking on the premises.

3. Non-playing adults or children are not allowed on the courts.

4. Proper attire must be worn on the courts at all times. No tank tops allowed. Only tennis sneakers are allowed on the courts.

5. Clay courts must be swept and lined after play.

6. Players are responsible for throwing away their trash.

Members only will be allowed in the excercise room and must abide by all posted rules.

NSTC and its staff are not responsible for any injuries received by patrons or their guests while playing tennis, using fitness equipment or engaging in other activities at the club or while on the club premises. All patrons and their guests proceed at their own risk with regard to all such activities and while on the club premises. NSTC is not reponsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
