NSTC and its staff are not responsible for any injuries received by patrons or their guests while playing tennis, using fitness equipment or engaging in other activities at the club or while on the club premises. All patrons and their guests proceed at their own risk with regard to all such activities and while on the club premises. NSTC is not reponsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

* To be eligible for free random court time, Junior Members must be enrolled in weekly Private or Semi-Private lessons at the time of reservation. Group lessons do not receive free random time. Junior members can only reserve courts the same day or one hour in advance for times after 5p.m..
